Your business could be under threat from CMA proposals – make your views known.

Thank you to our members who have responded to the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) about their Provisional Decision Report. SAIF believes that the proposals are a threat to independent funeral directors with ‘one-size-fits-all’ regulation.

If you have yet to do so, please email the CMA Funeral Market Investigation Panel Chairman, Mr Martin Coleman at funerals@cma.gov.uk, specifically giving your response to the CMA PDR. You have until 5 pm on 1st October to do so.
