What do the public think of crematoria?

Scattering Ashes ran two surveys in consecutive years asking the public what they thought of crematoria and presented these at the conferences of the Institute of Cemetery and Crematoria Management Conference and the Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities. The surveys were revealing and shone a light on what the public not only expect from crematoria, but also what funeral directors can do to provide the best service possible.

Richard Martin of Scattering Ashes will combine the two surveys and present the results during a webinar for SAIF Members:
