Scottish Government publishes draft Code of Practice

The Scottish Government has announced the publication of the consultation into a draft Code of Practice. SAIF strongly encourages Members to take part in the consultation to voice the opinions of independent funeral directors. To take part:

2. Answer the consultation questions here

• The consultation will run until 20th September 2019. 
• The answers will be analysed and contribute to the final iteration of the Code
• The Code will be statutory, requiring all funeral directors operating in Scotland to adhere to it.
