SAIF’s Technology Task Group encourages members

SAIF has launched a new pioneering work group, in the form of the SAIF Technology Task Group. Following research among members, the task group decided to focus on the gap analysis of internal software, from operations to telephone systems; technology training courses; and digital and online marketing.

The research revealed that only 59% of respondents still use paper instead of calendar software for managing funerals due to worries with the complexity of data shown. It also showed that many members are not confident about using social media.
