SAIF Members’ Webinar on 13th March: Supporting those bereaved by suicide.

In January the government announced its ‘Long Term Plan’ for the NHS. Within this 10 year plan, they stated their commitment to providing 24/7 mental health crisis phone line and support for families and staff affected by suicide.
In our webinar, Sarah Bates of the Support After Suicide Partnership will explain what the NHS Long Term Plan means for supporting people bereaved by suicide and the role of funeral directors in new services across the country. She will also outline the development of a Central Hub of Resources, Information and Support for those who support the family following a suicide.
SAIF welcomes back Sarah, who previously presented a webinar in 2018, which members found useful and informative.
