SAIF Members – are you exploiting social media?

Thanks to social media, we all have a platform to publish stories about our lives, businesses, our points of view and so on. Everyone who runs business should have a social media strategy. For funeral directors, there are two, maybe three, platforms that have the potential to help you attract more clients. These are Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  • Facebook remains the best channel by which to reach families in a community, as it encourages networks at a very local level.
  • Twitter meanwhile is a good place to grow influence amongst your industry peers and it’s where trends often first emerge.
  • Instagram is a popular image-led platform that, owned by Facebook, has exploded in recent years.
