Registering the death of a transgender person

SAIF Bsuiness Centre has received this information from the Essex coroner.

“As we and the Registration Service have received no notification or request to amend any of our Forms to include Transgender the assumption here is that if someone has transitioned from female to male by the time they pass on that they are deemed a MALE and vice versa”.
