New website for The Institute of Civil Funerals

The Institute of Civil Funerals (IoCF) was established in 2004 to promote the quality of civil funeral ceremonies in the UK through the professional development of its members and the ongoing monitoring and regulation of their work. There is currently no professional regulation for civil funeral celebrants and there has been a steady increase in the number of funeral celebrants in the last 14 years.  As such, the Institute now sees its main aim as ensuring that their members deliver each service to the highest possible standard.

To enable funeral professionals and the public to check the quality of their members, the IoCF has updated and redesigned their website: www.iocf.org.uk
