New form for SAIF Scotland members

SAIF has have received instructions and a form for returning ashes to a cremation authority. The information has been produced by the Federation of Burial and Cremation Authorities Scottish Sub-division.

The form is to be used when a funeral director, in accordance with instructions from the applicant, has removed ashes from a crematorium and has subsequently been unable to obtain further instructions. The ashes would be returned with the completed form.
