Funeral arrangements for Matthew Gallagher

Following the sad news of the death of Matthew Gallagher, we are able to announce details of the funeral.

Matthew was one of SAIF’s brightest rising stars and was actively involved in SAIF Charter and the Independent Funeral Director’s College. Loved and respected by colleagues across the funeral profession, Matthew died on Sunday, December 29 2019, at Kings College Hospital in London.

The funeral will take place on Saturday, January 18 2020, at Holy Trinity Church in Cuckfield, Haywards Heath, at 12.30pm. All are welcome to attend.

At Matthew’s own request, people attending the funeral are encouraged to wear bright colours. Family flowers only and donations in Matthew’s memory are to be made by cheque payable to Music for Memories Mid Sussex, or Friends of Downs View School. Payments can also be made online via www.memorygiving.com/matthewjamesgallagher.
