04/03/2021 // No Comments| The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) have published a Consultation paper which sets their draft rules and approach to regulation of pre-paid funeral plans.
SAIF’s FCA Taskforce will be responding to the consultation on behalf of members, but you need to consider what FCA regulation will mean for your funeral business and what action you will need to take.
