CMA publishes market investigation papers

SAIF is pleased to see the publication today of a set of research and working papers by the Competition and Markets Authority, as part of its funerals market investigation.

The papers cover possible approaches to regulation of funeral directors, price transparency, back of house standards, and much more.

We encourage members to read the documents and share any observations with us by contacting the SAIF Business Centre via email at info@saif.org.uk.

SAIF is currently studying the papers and will be liaising with the CMA in addition to sharing its observations with members in due course.
