CMA Order requirements – mobile phones

The CMA Order requires that a funeral director’s Standardised Price List (SPL) is one click away from their website homepage (where they have a website). A SAIF Associate raised the question that if someone views a website on a mobile device, the SPL will be more than one click away. 

The CMA Explanatory Notes do not drill down into this question, but there is a fix to this by including the SPL at the bottom of the homepage of a website. The viewer still needs to scroll down the page but the SPL is one click away from the main screen.
