4 weeks left for Scottish Code of Practice consultation

The Scottish Government’s consultation about their draft Code of Practice for funeral directors will end on 20th September. SAIF strongly encourages Members to take part in the consultation to voice the opinions of independent funeral directors. To take part:

1. Please first read the Code

2. Answer the consultation questions here

• The consultation will run until 20th September 2019. 
• The answers will be analysed and contribute to the final iteration of the Code
• The Code will be statutory, requiring all funeral directors operating in Scotland to adhere to it.
