Scottish members – have you completed the Code of Practice consultation?

The Scottish Government welcomes comments on its draft Code of Practice. SAIF strongly encourages Members to take part in the consultation to voice the opinions of independent funeral directors. To take part:

1. Please first read the Code

2. Answer the consultation questions here

• The consultation will run until 20th September 2019. 
• The answers will be analysed and contribute to the final iteration of the Code
• The Code will be statutory, requiring all funeral directors operating in Scotland to adhere to it.
