The much-publicised Fuller Inquiry has two phases to its consultation: the first includes public mortuaries and the second phase will be reviewing private mortuaries, including funeral homes.

This is likely to have significant consequences to funeral homes, from the care and security of the deceased to who is authorised into the mortuary space.
