SAIF members may watch a recording of the webinar on 6th February 2024 when we explored complaints and how best to handle them.

Philip LeShirley, Senior Trading Standards Specialist at Buckinghamshire and Surrey Trading Standards, reminded attendees that complaints are an inevitable part of being in business. He advised how to be proactive in dealing with issues. The panel examined complaints which SAIF members had previously faced and gave advice for handling these types of problem.
