In today’s fast pace world, it’s not enough to just know our profession of the funeral industry if we want to survive and thrive. We must also focus on the next generation coming through and help to guide and support them on their journey to become Amazing Leaders.

Now that funeral businesses are through the worst of the pandemic, SAIF encourages members to plan ahead for the future development of their companies. We are delighted that James Gardner of Viner and Sons Ltd will inspire members to develop their most valuable resource – their company’s future managers.
