Complaints

Any complaint made against a SAIF member is taken extremely seriously, both by the member and by the Society.

It may well be that any dispute can be quickly resolved to your complete satisfaction by direct contact with your funeral director.

But if this should fail, SAIF provides the option to take the matter further.
