Earlier this year, SAIF launched the largest national public awareness campaign in our organisation’s history under the Handled With Care platform. Together, we set out to raise awareness of the value of independent funeral directors, educate the public about their options, and ensure families encounter trusted local professionals before making important end-of-life decisions.

Since launching in May, the campaign has generated significant national, regional and local media coverage, reached millions of people across the UK, and begun to shape conversations around funeral choice, grief and the importance of meaningful farewells. These outcomes align directly with the campaign’s objective of restoring informed choice and highlighting the role of independent funeral directors in supporting families at moments of vulnerability.

We would like to invite you to join one of two upcoming member webinars where we will share:

• Early performance data and key insights
• What we have learned from the first phase of activity

The webinar will be hosted by Tom Poynter, Campaign Lead and will provide an opportunity for members to hear first-hand how the campaign is performing and ask any questions they may have.
