“Communication Conundrums,” will be presented by Amy White of Loch Associates Group. The session is designed to enhance workplace interactions for both employees and employers.
Amy will explore the importance of communication in the workplace.
Join Amy to gain:
- an understanding of various communication styles such as assertiveness, empathy and body language
- a thorough review of listening skills, including breaking barriers and mastering active listening
- an overview of managing challenging conversations in the workplace. Amy will discuss their importance and give you examples of strategies for effectively addressing them.
Amy White is an employment law solicitor and experienced trainer. She’s Head of Loch Training and Wellbeing and has presented at previous SAIF education events.
