Complete SAIF Members’ Funeral Director’s Survey

SAIF is inviting members to take part in the annual survey for funeral directors.

It’s the fifth time the survey has run and we are delighted to again support this work, which is facilitated by Funeral Solution Expert (an independent consultancy firm working in the funeral sector) and Trajectory Partnership (a specialist strategic research firm).  

The survey is an excellent opportunity to have your say about how you feel about funeral plans, how satisfied you are with your plan provider, and how FCA regulation and regulatory requirements continue to affect your funeral plan business (positively or negatively). The survey also explores direct cremation and how you feel about other current pressures on your business including sector regulation. 

The more we understand about your views, the more we can support you and campaign on your behalf.

The online survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and we would really value your participation. A donation of £5 for each of the first 100 completed surveys will be made to Hospice UK by Funeral Solution Expert. 

The survey will close on Thursday 23rd October 2025.
