SAIF is asking our members to complete a short, anonymous member survey. This will help us gather real-world experiences from the challenges and barriers you face to the strengths and opportunities you’ve seen when working with neurodivergent staff and clients.

Your insights will directly shape this session, ensuring it reflects the realities of SAIF member businesses.  

Together, we’ll explore what neurodiversity means in our profession, identify practical and commercially realistic ways to respond, and look at how understanding difference can strengthen teams, services and relationships with the families you support.
