Dr Conway will address how funeral directors can deal with the increasing problem of family disputes. There will also be the chance to hear from Ann Chalmers of Child Bereavement UK and Alan Jeffery of Wesley Music. James Daley, Managing Director of Fairer Finance will present on issues & concerns around funeral plans and consumer protection. Chris Parker F.SAIF will update attendees on the new working partnership between the independent Funeral Directors’ (IFD) College and the BIFD.
