Researching the experience of direct cremation

Do you know of any bereaved families who are willing to share their experience of an unattended funeral / direct cremation? If so, we would like to hear from you.

SAIF is working with the BBC to understand more about the consumer journey before, during and after this form of funeral service, and is seeking case studies where bereaved families have experienced distress.

This is an excellent opportunity for SAIF members to play a key role in assisting the media as it examines the pitfalls of unattended services. It will also demonstrate the important role our profession plays in supporting families through the process of arranging and delivering a funeral.
