SAIF Care is a bereavement counselling service which provides a telephone helpline, email advice, online chat facility or six face to face sessions. It is available for free to any family who arranges a funeral with a participating SAIF independent funeral director. Bereavement services can be particularly difficult to access, with long waiting times involved. By offering your clients this free service, you are giving an additional service not provided by other funeral directors and delivering a caring service which extends beyond the funeral day itself.
