SAIF is delighted to launch a new service for members – SAIF HR.  With a background in HR, new Admin Manager Claire Day understands how valuable an asset a funeral company’s staff are.  It’s vital that your funeral staff are motivated and effective and that any HR processes or issues are managed quickly.  SAIF HR can provide you with the support, information and guidance you need to manage your workforce.

The website contains a wide range of resources such as hiring through to managing and developing staff.  Additionally, there will be a provision offered of up to six hours’ free telephone or email support for members who require a more personalised service.
