New Online Tool for planning your future treatment and care

Compassion in Dying has launched a website which will allow people to record vital information about how they would like to be cared for, in the event that they become unable to express their own wishes.  The charity recognises that few people want to think ahead to a time when they may be unable to make decisions for themselves and talking to loved ones about the subject can be difficult.

Their new website takes people through questions and scenarios to get them thinking about what might be important for them in the future.  It will then generate a legal document outlining their wishes for treatment and care, which may be printed, signed, witnessed and shared.  The website may be reached here.
