Gemma’s Tough Few DaysJune 3, 2015 // No Comments
SAIF’s National President, Gemma O’Driscoll gives an update on the final day of the West Highland Way Challenge.
The West Highland Way is 96 miles or 154 km from Milngavie to Fort William and is usually completed in six to seven days. Gemma and her team have set themselves a target of only three days. At Day 3 this morning, Gemma tweeted, “We are still alive, but it’s been a tough few days. Last day today, hopefully we’ll have WIFI in Fort William for updates and pics.”
All funds raised will go to Gemma’s chosen charities for the year: Epilepsy Action and Child Bereavement UK, so please give generously to help these incredibly worthwhile charities. You may support the team by donating safely via WorldPay with a debit or credit card online here. You may also find out more about the charities here.
