Do you have a complaints procedure in place?

Last year saw 321 members received their regular inspections and interestingly 26 members did not have a formal Complaints procedure.

We all like to think that we are immune from complaints and therefore don’t feel this is a necessity, but, we are none of us perfect and a simple mistake can, if not dealt with properly, cause a complaint to be made against the funeral director.  SAIF have a template for this required procedure for best practice, which SAIF members may download by logging onto the Members’ Area and clicking on the ‘Members’ Resources’ button then the ‘Business Information and Templates’ tab and then scrolling down to Templates.
