Help us improve SAIF’s Quality Assurance Programme

SAIF’s Quality Assurance Programme is in place to ensure that consumers receive a first class service and to protect and guide our members through the ever-changing minefield of legislation that affects them.

We aim to visit all premises once every three years, be it a funeral home, chapel of rest or garage/workshop.  This is a huge process, which we continually strive to improve.  SAIF is currently looking to recruit additional inspectors across the country and to ensure consistency between inspection visits.  We need your feedback to do this.
