SAIF’s Christmas Countdown has started!

Christmas is rapidly approaching once again so why not start off your festive season at SAIF’s annual Wales Christmas meeting? You’ll hear an update by SAIF’s President Paul Bowley and there will be opportunities to discuss any issues concerning your funeral business. You can catch up with friends and local funeral professionals over a fantastic seasonal three course meal. Don’t forget to bring some money for our usual raffle. Proceeds this year will help the President’s charity British Heart Foundation.

Starters:

Sweet potato & carrot soup topped with beetroot crème fraiche (V) (1)

Duck liver and orange pate, cranberry relish, crisp salad and warm toast (2)

Mushroom & Welsh cheese tart with sweet onion chutney (V) (3)

Mains:

Roast crown of Pembrokeshire turkey, sage & onion stuffing and sausages wrapped in bacon (4)

Prime slow roast beef & Yorkshire pudding (5)

Roasted pumpkin, vegetable & Stilton tart, walnut crumble & cream (V) (6)

Desserts:

Traditional Christmas pudding with brandy cream (7)

Belgian chocolate and orange mousse topped with marbled chocolate (8)

Praline filled profiteroles with chilled crème Anglaise (9)
